With great flavor, orange, clear color and rich aroma, the Puli Shaoshing wine is brewed from “Ai Lan Gan Spring Water”. Established in 1917, the Puli Brewery was selected to produce the “Imperial Tribute” spirits, from the Japanese Colonial era Imperial Manjyu, the “Chieh Shou Shaoshing” for Presidential State Banquets after the Recovery, to the recently launched “Ai Lan White Wine” and “Ai Lan Wedding Wine”; these are premium quality wines. The brewery even successfully developed numerous alcohol related products such as Shaoshing Popsicle, Shaoshing Rice Pudding, Shaoshing Stews and Shaoshing Tea Boiled Eggs etc.; the delectable products are worth a try when visiting the Puli Brewery.
