Situated next to the Zhongtan Highway in the Fugui Village of Guoxing Township, the plaza occupies an area of 2 hectares. Construction of the structure is based entirely on wood and manmade craftsmanship; it is a culturally and historically significant monument. The main purpose of the plaza is providing meaningful fun and education, thus, by combining the Charcoal Sculpture Museum and the Guoxing Agricultural Product Exhibition Center, the plaza offers tourists with recreational facilities, agricultural product displays of the different townships, reconstruction plan exhibits and convention centers etc.
