地下一樓為教學教室與庫房；一樓為活動中心，有一小型舞臺與多媒體播放系統；二樓為藝文、原住民生活文物策展區；三、四樓為原住民文物陳列室，陳列各式原住民族文物達二百餘件；五樓係景觀餐廳，提供餐飲服務。本會館內外皆提供免費參觀，竭誠歡迎遊客蒞館指教！
The hall includes classrooms and storage spaces on B1; an activity center on the first floor, equipped with a small stage and a multimedia playing system; a gallery of art and indigenous culture on the second floor; indigenous culture exhibition rooms on the third and fourth floors, where more than two hundred indigenous artifacts are on display; and a restaurant with a fantastic view on the fifth floor. The hall is open to the public, free of charge. Visitors are most welcome.
地下1階は教室、倉庫。1階はイベントルームで、小ステージとプロジェクター等を設置。2階は芸術文化、先住民生活文化財展示エリア、3、4階は先住民の文化財展示室で、200点に及ぶ先住民族の各種文化物を展示しています。5階は展望レストランです。本館の内外全て見学無料です。皆様のお越しをお待ちしています！

搭乘火車或客運：至基隆火車站下車，搭乘101和平島線公車在和平橋站下車，前行至和平橋頭前右轉上坡道路即可到達文化會館。
Train or bus: Get off at Keelung Railway Station. Take Bus101 toward Heping Island and get off at Heping Bridge Stop. Walk toward Daqiaotou and turn right to go uphill to reach the cultural hall.
