創建於1957年，不但是國內老字號的優質旅行社，也是全台灣首家上市旅行社。為了提供更貼心的在地服務，特於嘉義設立分公司，營業項目包括接受客戶委託代辦國、內外團體旅遊、個人旅遊、機票、訂房及證照代辦，及外國旅客(含陸客來台)來台觀光。
Founded in 1957, Phoenix Tours is one of the oldest travel agencies in Taiwan and the first of its kind to have been listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange. To better serve the citizens of Chiayi, the company opened the Chiayi branch, whose scope of business encompasses services related to group travels and independent travels abroad and at home, ticket booking, hotel reservation, preparation of travel documents, and local tour arrangements for foreign travelers (including those from Mainland China).
1957年に設立され、国内の老舗優良旅行会社であるだけでなく、台湾初の上場旅行会社でもあります。より細やかな現地サービスを提供するため、嘉義に支社を設立し、国内外の団体旅行、個人旅行、航空券、ホテル予約の代行、証明書の代理手続き、海外の旅行客 (中国からも含む)の台湾観光等を取り扱っています。
