大埤鄉酸菜專業區面積約5公頃有「酸菜醃製區」及92年獲得「文化建設委員會-地方文化館」補助，設置『大埤酸菜館』，本館內設有特展區、傳習區、文史辦公室、常設展示室、典藏室、農特產展示區、DIY教學區等，陳設本鄉許多過去農民耕種及醃漬酸菜的各項器具及日常生活用具，以及可勾起人們兒時回憶的照片，使民眾瞭解祖先愛物、惜物、愛護大自然的優良傳統。
There are about 5 hectares of mustard greens pickled area at pickled mustard greens specialized zone in Dapi Township. In 2003, we had obtained the subsidy from Local Cultural Hall of Council for Cultural Affairs and established Pickled Mustard Cultural Center. We have a lot of sections to display every kinds of equipment that farmers used to plow and pickle mustard greens. Also, there are pictures that can remind people of their childhood and let people acquire great tradition that our ancestry have－Love and treasure what we have.

1.國道1號斗南交流道下，東行後沿著省道台一線南往嘉義方向，右轉接雲157線，約五公里即可到達大埤鄉。
2.國道1號或國道3號轉入雲78線東西向快速道路之系統交流道32公里處斗南交流道下，往市區方向轉雲157線，即可到達大埤鄉。
1. National Highway No.1: Exit Dounan Interchange→ heading East on Provincial Highway No.1 (Chiayi)→ turn right to line 157→ about 5KM you will arrive in Dapi Township.
National Highway No.3: Yunlin system Interchange→Highway No.78→ Exit Dounan Interchange→Go straight to the direction of Dounan→line 157→ you will arrive in Dapi Township.
車：国道1号線中山高速道路斗南ジャンクションを下り，往南嘉義方向，雲157線右折直行5公里。
