蜜仔番薯糖

蜜仔蕃薯糖其實是以阿嬤的名字取其中的「蜜仔」來命名。三十年前因為阿公中風行動不便無法出外捕漁，為了擔起家計阿嬤便開始做起蕃薯糖；阿嬤做的蕃薯糖口味相當道地，純手工製作大人小孩都喜歡!但隨著阿嬤年紀越來越大，我擔心這個屬於阿嬤的古早味會消失，覺得應該把阿嬤的好手藝好味道推廣出去，所以我便決定傳承阿嬤的手藝，希望讓年輕人吃到濃濃的古早味、人情味！我們的堅持手工的精神，最終分享給人們，是最質樸的甜美。

蜜仔蕃薯糖の「蜜仔」とはおばあさんの名前に由来します。三十年前、おじいさんが中風で倒れて身体が動かなくなり、漁に出かけられなくなりました。そこで家計を支えるため、おばあさんが作り始めたのが「蕃薯糖(サツマイモ菓子)」でした。おばあさんが作る蕃薯糖は本場の味であるだけでなく、完全手作りであるため、大人にも子どもにも愛されていました。私たちはおばあさんが年を取るにつれ、この昔ながらの味が消えてしまうのではないかと心配しています。そこでこのお菓子をより多くの方に知ってもらうため、おばあさんの作り方を受け継ぐこと
