a-zone花蓮文化創意產業園區位在花蓮市中心，建於1913年，是為佔地3.3公頃的歷史聚落。這個涵蓋26棟老廠房倉庫、優雅俐落的園區，將於三年內(2012~2015)陸續整備開放，空間內容包括展覽、演出、餐飲、特色商品、育成講座、旅遊資訊等。預期透過文化藝術活動及商業服務，形塑一充滿文創活力與當代生活風格的聚點，同時也是花東休旅最佳場域。
Located in the Hualien city center, the A-Zone Hualien Cultural and Creative Industries Park sits on a 3.3-hectare historical settlement with 26 factory buildings and warehouses on a neatly planned zone built in 1913.
