九號咖啡館緣起於一群好朋友共同的咖啡夢，由於位處台九省道所以取名為NO.9。在外澳館內提供種類繁多的精品咖啡及下午茶甜品，並有大廚親自現做的佳餚美饌，挑高的玻璃帷幕空間設計，構築出光線明亮、溫馨舒適的用餐空間，讓遊客可以邊享受美食下午茶，邊眺覽龜山島與外澳海灘美麗海岸風光，同時為讓遊客充分體驗在地風情，館內設施還提供自行車、親水魚、露營等休憩服務，歡迎前來感受美好假期。
No. 9 Cafe at the beach is launched by a few friends who have the same ideas about coffee. Its name comes from the location which is at Provincial Highway 9. In No. 9 Cafe,there are a wide variety of coffee flavors and delicate desserts ,and freshly made cuisines. The high curtain wall style creates a bright and comfortable dining space. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea while overlooking the amazing beach scenery of Gueishan Island and Waiao. In order for visitors to fully experience the local culture, there also provide services regarding bicycle-renting, baby fish, and camping, offering cozy and relaxing feeling for visitors to enjoy their vocation.
九号咖啡館はコーヒー好きの仲間が立ち上げた夢の城。台九省道にちなみNO.9と命名した。館内では多様なコーヒードリンクと精緻なスイーツのほかシェフ特製料理をご用意。全面のガラスを採用。燦々と陽光が注ぐ快適な食事空間となっている。亀山島や太平洋を望みながらのディナーやアフタヌーンティは素晴らしい。そのほかレンタイクル・お魚観賞・キャンプの手配を受け付けている。
