以「孵夢基地」、「未來樂園」、「休憩勝地」、「全家共享」的原則，創造國人旅遊需求為出發點，將園區化身為繽紛的童趣新視界，成就大人的心願、建構小孩的樂園。園區以荔枝為創意發想主軸，創造出22個之多的奶姬公仔，遍佈在園區，並將園區組織規畫為就是愛荔枝主題餐廳、花香迷海（花海區）、八心八箭（婚紗廣場區）、愛荔枝夢遊仙境（戶外草坪區）、尋訪妃子笑（荔枝品種解說區）、荔荔皇后禮物坊（紀念品店）、歡笑製造機（體訓區）、奶姬寶寶與他的朋友們（幼兒親子區）還有夢想終端機（DIY手作教室），是一塊可放鬆心情、放下負擔、增進親子關係的空間，適合親子、朋友、學生、情人及銀髮族等族群來進行團體聚餐、戶外教學、各式DIY活動、班親會、野餐、聯誼、家庭日之最佳場地。

Based on the concept of "dreams building", "future park", "leisure resort" and "family sharing", the park aims to fulfill the travel needs of the people in Taiwan. The place is transformed into a paradise with colorful children's fantasies, which fulfills adults’ dreams and builds children’s dreams. The park's creative ideas are based on lychee, with 22 lychee figurines installed throughout the park. In the park, there are Alice's Garden restaurant, floral fragrance (sea of flower), hearts and arrows (wedding photo area), Alice's wonderland (outdoor lawn), smile of princess (lychee variety introduction), lychee queen gift shop (souvenir shop), laughter machine (training area), lychee baby and his friends (toddlers’ corner) and dream station (DIY classrooms). It is a place where you can relax, release your stress and connect with your family, as well as an ideal venue for family, friends, students, couples and elders to dine together and carry out outdoor education, various DIY activities, parent-teacher conference, picnic, friendly meeting and family day events.
