「山蘭名產城」創店已快四十年歷史，從草創期迄今己從小本經營零售店面商至今轉型成宜蘭特產批發集散中心，「金牌獎」、「金龍獎」、「創新研發發明獎」、「優良名產特優」…等，無數的獎章，證明了徐家堅持傳統製作、追求品質、改善口感的自我要求。除了饕客們最愛的「徐家魩仔魚」，尚也提供了消費者多樣的名產選擇，如：鴨賞、膽肝、臘肉、牛舌餅、花生糖、金棗干、金棗糕、李仔糕…等多元性產品，應有盡有，滿足了消費族群與廣大宜蘭名產愛好者的需求。
Shanlan Food and Grocery has been founded for almost 4 decades. It has turned into a commodity distribution center in Yilan from the original retail store. It has received numerous medals over the past years, such as Taiwan Excellent Manufacturer Award, Golden Dragon Award, National Invention and Creation Award, and Excellent Regional Product, etc. All these awards show this store’s continuous commitment to remain the high quality of its products. Other than the popular anchovy larvae, there are also many Yilan’s regional products for visitors to bring home, including the dried duck, liver, preserved pork, sweet and savory pastries, peanut-brittle candy, dried oval kumquat, oval kumquat cakes, cakes with preserved plums, etc.
「山蘭名産城」は創業四十年。零細な商店から出発し、現在宜蘭特産センターへと発展してきた。この間品質と口当たりを大切にした伝統の製法を守り続け、「金牌賞」「金龍賞」「創新研発発明賞」「優良名産特優」などの栄誉に輝いてきた。看板の「徐家魩仔魚」のほか、鴨賞・膽肝・臘肉・牛舌餅・花生糖・金棗干・金棗糕・李仔糕など多彩な商品を開発し、宜蘭名産の殿堂を市民やツーリストに提供している。
