本館位於大溪老街一座建於1919年的歷史街屋，創設以來，以『大溪文史調查』、『觀光旅遊』、『文創研發』、『架設網站(大溪旅遊網) 』等等項目為經營主軸，館內除了銷售民俗藝品之外，時常研發大溪文化相關文創產品並且辦理地方文化活動，館內長期為大溪木藝生態博物之街角館，同時館內固定陳列大溪旅遊相關資訊如旅遊宣傳品與各式旅遊紀念戳章義務提供民眾所需，而且也是歷年「微笑台灣」特約觀光店家。
Founded on 30 October 2002, the Da Vinci Watermelon Cultural Studio is based in a century-old imitative baroque house located in the old street of Dashi. Apart from the regular online tourist services and professional guidance, the Studio acts as a research body of local history, cultural creative industries, and community planning. The multifunctional Studio is also a local cultural center for related events and creative products, and a popular platform to promote tourism in Dashi. Tourists may find cultural creative and local art accessories, or just a simple stamp on a post card, as souvenirs for their visits in here.
達文西瓜芸文館は2002年10月30日に設立。 当館が大渓の旧市街に位置し、外観は1919年に完成したヨーロッパ風の建物 だ。 当館が設立して以来、「大渓の文化と歴史の調査」、「観光ガイドサービス 」、「現地文化と関連する商品の開発」、「ウェブサイトの設立」、「地域 社会の経営」などを中心に活動してきた。 館内には地元の芸術家が作った工芸品の販売のほか、現地の文化に基づく工 芸品の開発、イベントの開催などを行っている。 館内には大渓観光のパンフレットが置くコーナーがあり、記念スタンプラリ ーの場所もある。
