丸莊醬油創立於西元1909年，為西螺地區歷史悠久的醬油品牌，創始人莊清臨老先生傳承古法釀造技術，配合西螺地區獨特的水質與氣候，奠定了丸莊醬油日後雄厚的根基「健康、自然、美味」，一直以來，深獲消費者的肯定與愛用。 為了傳承醬油釀造文化，丸莊結合觀光及文化成立受作台灣「醬油觀光工廠」，將西螺老廠房轉型升級，藉由整體再發展的設計規劃後，展現新意與魅力，改造後供遊客參觀，了解台灣傳統黑豆蔭油的釀造過程。
Founded in 1909, Wuanchung, a well-known brand of soy sauce, has a long history in Xiluo Township. JHUANG,CING-LIN, the promoter of Wuanchung, laid a solid foundation – health, nature and flavor – in this business by traditional brewing techniques passed down from ancestors with Xiluo’s unique water and climate. Thus, Wuanchung has been supported by consumers all the time. In order to pass down the culture of traditional brewing techniques, Wuanchung combined tourism with culture and developed soy sauce tourism factory. That is, by transforming the Xiluo’s old factory into tourism factory with the conceptual planning of overall redevelopment, the new factory showed novelty and charm. Nowadays, Wuanchung, the tourism factory of soy sauce, is open to visitors and dedicated to making people understand the process of traditional brewing techniques of soy sauce.
丸荘醤油は1909年に創立、西螺地区で長い歴史を誇る醤油ブランドである。創始者の荘清臨氏が西螺地区特有の水質や気候に合わせた伝統的な醸造技術を伝承し「健康・自然・美味」の礎を築いて以来、消費者の支持を獲得し続けている。醤油醸造文化の伝承のため、古かった工場は観光と文化的要素も併せ持った「醤油観光工場」へと形を変え、現在観光客は新たな魅力が加わった工場を見学し台湾の伝統黒豆蔭油（特級醤油）の醸造過程について学ぶことができる。
