新營服務區

於國道1號284k+200處駛入，眼睛首先接觸的是高聳林立的景觀公園，園中玉葉金花、九重葛、紫薇、黃鐘花齊放，花團錦簇，接著瀑布水池，池中蓮花綻放，旁邊建築物上方寫著新營服務區，本區分南站、北站，由人行陸橋連接相互貫通，以安平樹屋及糖廠的元素，營造懷舊空間的氛圍，創造古都南瀛之意象。新營服務區周邊稻田綠油油，勾勒出休閒田園風光美麗之畫面，雖然腹地不大，服務設施仍相當完備：服務台、國道資訊補給站、哺集乳室、etag櫃位、漂書站及熟食櫃位等，可依個人需求，在場內享受休憩，及滿足自己的資訊。

Entering the Xinying Service Area from National Freeway No.1 at milepost 284 km + 200, visitors will find themselves in the scenic Xinying Service Area park surrounded by blossoming Buddha’s Lamp, bougainvillea, and Tecoma. The park includes a lotus pond with an artificial waterfall. A sign on the building next to the park reads “Xinying Service Area” on its wall.The service area is divided into northbound and southbound sides linked by a footbridge. Images of Anping District’s Old Tait & Company Merchant House, a popular tourist attraction featuring a former warehouse overgrown with Banyan trees, as well as of the Taisugar factory are incorporated into the design of the service area to recreate scenes from the olden days and recall the memories of Taiwan’s oldest city, Tainan.

国道1号線の284k+200地点から入ると、真っ先に目に入るのは高くそびえたつ景観公園です。園内にはムッサエンダ・プベスケンス、ブーゲンビリア、サルスベリ、キンレイジュが所狭しと咲いており、カラフルで大変美しいものとなっています。そして、滝のある池では蓮の花が咲き誇り、隣にある建物の上には「新営サービスエリア」と書かれています。本サービスエリアは上り側と下り側とに分かれており、歩道橋で相互につながっています。安平樹屋や製糖工場の特徴をもとに、懐かしい場所のような雰囲気を漂わせて、古都南瀛と呼ばれる台南のイ
