大園公園鄰近桃園市立圖書館-大園分館，不但提供社區學校表演場地，也能引進藝文相關系列活動，讓民眾有更多接觸藝文領域的機會，公園內也有許多遊樂設施及運動器材供民眾來使用，提供了當地民眾一個可以休閒遊憩的場所。
