蘆竹德馨堂是一座興建於清朝年間的閩南式的傳統建築，為陳氏紀念來臺先人的重要祭祀中心，現被桃園市政府訂為桃園市市定古蹟。屋脊為當年只有秀才能興建的燕尾形，牆面以糯米拌石灰土磚砌成。同時堂前並設有貓頭鷹大型公仔，相當醒目，也成為特色之一。
Luzhu Te-Hsin Hall is a traditional Minnan architecture built during the Qing Dynasty. It is an important center for Chen’s family to remember their forefathers that relocated to Taiwan, which has now designated as a municipal historic site by Taoyuan City Government. The roof ridge is shaped as swallowtail, which was allowed only for the residence of cultivated scholar (xiucai) back in the days. The walls are built with bricks made of sticky rice mixed with limestone. Also, a huge statue of owl is installed in front of the Hall, which stands out as one of the features of the Hall.
