Yongxin Bay
永新灣是公所針對永安區海岸大型改造計畫，裏頭有著石斑魚故鄉標誌的大型石墻與矮磚牆，大型字樣OCEAN、漁夫造型等裝置藝術，更有休憩亭讓遊客可以吹著徐徐的海風，輕鬆愜意的眺望海景，有時還可以看到中油LNG船進港。而永新灣也是欣賞永安海天一色美景的最佳地點，特別是夕陽，當昏黃的陽光灑在海面上，波光粼粼，甚是吸引目光。
