是利用海岸突出岩礁與陸地間炸挖岩盤闢建而成，是一個純樸寧靜的小漁港，港內漁船不多以沿岸漁業為主，寧靜的漁港及湛藍的太平洋，使人心情格外平靜紓壓。另漁港鄰近大里天公廟、大里老街及草嶺古道，亦是遊客假日休閒觀光、健行踏青的熱門景點。
It was built by blasting a passage through a rocky outcrop between the coast and the land. A simple and quiet small fishing port with not many fishing boats and mainly engaged in coastal fishing. The quiet fishing port and the aqua blue Pacific Ocean attracts visitors with its quiet serenity. The fishing harbor is also near Dali Tian Gong Temple, Dali Old Street and Caoling Historic Trail, which are popular tourist attractions for leisure and hiking during holidays.
