蜜月灣位於宜蘭頭城，因海灣為一處彎月型的海灣，平常有雙雙對對的情侶在沙灘上散步，因此稱為蜜月灣，蜜月灣南北兩側為礁岩，中間為細軟的沙子，常有遊客在此戲水衝浪。
