園區由名建築師黃聲遠，以「空出谷地，看見沙丘」為核心概念規劃設計，結合宜蘭地方自然元素呈現沙丘地景風貌及沙穴建築空間營造。此地吸引不少ig網紅網美前來拍照打卡，一望無際的天際線搭配特殊的建築物，拍出一張張絕美的照片。
The park is planned and designed by famous architect Huang Shengyuan, who espoused the core concept of "emptying out the valley and seeing the sand dunes", combining the local natural elements of Yilan to present the landscape of the sand dunes and the spatial elements of sand cave buildings. The place attracts many social media celebrities to come and take photos, and the endless skyline with the special buildings are the perfect setting for photos.
