蘭陽溪口水鳥保護區，位於蘭陽溪、宜蘭河及冬山河3條河川匯流處，行政上隸屬於宜蘭縣壯圍鄉及五結鄉。因其位於秋冬季候鳥遷徙路徑，每年均吸引大批的水鳥棲息，為台灣地區沿海重要濕地之一。
Lanyang Estuary Waterfowl Protected Area is located at the confluence of three rivers, Lanyang River, Yilan River and Dongshan River, and administratively belongs to Jhuangwei Township and Wujie Township in Yilan County. Because of its location in the migration path of migratory birds in autumn and winter, it attracts a large number of waterfowls every year and is one of the important wetlands along the coast of Taiwan.

一、共同管制事項 1. 禁止獵捕及騷擾區內野生動物並竊取、破壞、食用鳥卵 -除鰻苗捕撈之漁 業行為外。2. 非經主管機關許可，不得任意野放或引進生物。3. 禁止任何丟擲或傾倒垃圾、排放污水及其他污染核心區環境之行為。4. 不得任意採集沼澤水生植物。5. 基於學術研究目的，申請利用保護區內野生動、植物，經宜蘭縣政府之許可。申請利用保育類野生動物另依野生動物保育法相關規定辦理。6. 在不破壞野生動物主要棲息地及影響野生動物棲息情況下，主管機關得設置必要之保育維護解說設施。7. 每年 10 月至隔年 3 月可有條件許可搭設鰻苗棚。二、核心區-溪口沙洲 之保護利用管制事項 。1. 禁止濫建、濫墾、濫葬、非法填土、整地、採取貨傾倒廢土/礦石及其他破壞緩衝區棲地現狀之行為。2. 管制抽取地下水，以免引起地層下陷或海水入侵，而改變保護區風貌。3. 河堤加強加高工程及河道疏浚行為，須經保育及水利主管機關同意。4. 非經主管機關之許可，不得進入攝影、錄影、搭蓋攝影帳棚、垂釣與遊憩，或從事其他干擾鳥類行為。三、緩衝區-水域及部分河川地 之保護區利用管制事項 。1. 禁止破壞核心區棲地現況2. 河道疏浚行為，須經保育及水利主管機關同意。3. 區內禁止遊憩之行為。
