位在宜蘭縣壯圍鄉及五結鄉的蘭陽溪兩側，為占地2780公頃的蘭陽溪濕地，於民國八十五年九月十六日成立，濕地由冬山河、蘭陽溪、宜蘭河三溪會合，集結成沖積扇地形，園區內生態豐富，更被-IUCN 亞洲濕地調查所更列其為「台灣十二大濕地之一」，每年的十月至隔年四月是候鳥前來過冬的季節，引來許多愛鳥人士觀賞。
The Lanyang River Wetland, located on both sides of the Lanyang River in Jhuangwei Township and Wujie Township, Yilan County, is a 2780-hectare wetland. Established on September 16, 1996, the wetland consists of three streams, the Dongshan River, the Lanyang River, and the Yilan River, which merge to form an alluvial topography. The park is rich in ecology and has been listed as one of the "Top 12 Wetlands in Taiwan" by the IUCN Asian Wetlands Survey. From October to April every year, migratory birds come to the park for the wintering season, which attracts many bird lovers.
