冬山河全長24公里，源頭為中央山脈的新寮山，主流經過冬山鄉與五結鄉，為蘭陽代表性河川之一–冬山河出海口，這裏可以眺望龜山島的寧靜海岸，享受悠閒的午後時光。
The 24-kilometer-long Dongshan River has its source at Xinliao Mountain in the Central Mountain Range. The mainstream passes through Dongshan Township and Wujie Township and is one of the representative rivers in Lanyang - the estuary of Dongshan River. Here you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with an expansive view of the tranquil coast of Guishan Island/Turtle Island.
