蘇澳冷泉為恆溫攝氏二十二度的「低溫礦泉」，由於宜蘭豐沛的雨量，和蘇澳當地厚實的石灰岩層地形而形成。泉水無色無臭、水質透明，地底不時冒出氣泡，屬於中性碳酸氫鈉泉。由於池底不斷冒出潔細的氣泡，彷彿浸泡在無糖的汽水裡，十分特別。
Su'ao Cold Spring is a "low temperature mineral spring" with a constant temperature of 22 degrees Celsius, formed by the abundant rainfall in Yilan and the thick limestone topography of Su'ao. The water is colorless, odorless, and transparent, with bubbles rising from the ground from time to time, making it a carbonated spring that can be used for bathing and drinking. It is a sodium bicarbonate spring, and is very special because of the fine bubbles that constantly rise from the bottom of the pool, as if you were immersed in a sugar-free soda.
