沿著海岸線與大山間有一處景致奇美的小海灣即是「豆腐岬」，豆腐岬的形成是由一陸連島和連島沙洲連貫而成的地形，又稱為沙頸岬，其地形呈孤狀，凹槽面向海洋，是台灣海灣中少見的奇特景觀，因狀似豆腐，故稱豆腐岬。
Along the coastline and between the mountains, there is a small bay with beautiful scenery that is known as "Tofu Cape". Tofu Cape is a formed by a chain of islands and a chain of islands and sandbars, also known as Sandy Neck Cape. The topography is solitary, with the groove facing the ocean, and is a rare and peculiar landscape in the Taiwan Bay.

颱風警報期間禁止海域遊憩活動1、應於預定活動日前一個上班日上午 12:00 前提出申請備查，並依據「本縣豆腐岬水域遊憩活動分區範圍及相關限制事項」向水域遊憩活動主管機關宜蘭縣政府完成水域使用申請程序，方得進行水域遊憩活動。2、當中央氣象局發布海上及陸上颱風警戒或超大豪大雨特報，警戒區包含宜蘭縣，本水域全日禁止從事水域遊憩活動。3、本水域無長駐救生人員，仍有一定危險性，從事活動時應酌個人所需具備之專業知識、基本體能、技術、攜帶之器材裝備等，並遵守相關告示。
