粉鳥林漁港有著非常大的定置漁場，對於定置漁業有興趣的朋友可以搭乘娛樂漁船跟著船長一同出航一探究竟，漁港再往裡面走有俗稱「東澳秘境」的沙灘，吸引許多網美網帥拍相當驚艷的美照，來一趟也要留下一張不同的美照；早期港口常有許多野生鴿子棲息，鴿子台語就是「粉鳥」因而得名。
Pigeon-Forest Fishing Port has a very large set-net fishing ground. Visitors who are interested in set-net fishing can take a recreational fishing boat and sail with the captain to explore further. Inside the fishing port, there is a beach commonly known as the "Secret Spot of Dong'ao", which attracts many social media celebrities. Come and take an unique picture of this beautiful beach. In the early days, the harbor was inhabited by many wild pigeons, and the Taiwanese word for pigeon is "Fenniao" (pink bird), hence the name.
