2021 年台泥企業團所屬和平電力與海巡署共同合作，將位於澳花村漢本海灘旁的白來分安檢所一樓空間活化，讓旅人得以休憩，親近海洋，與我們共同關注日益嚴重的海洋廢棄物議題。同時亦希望成為部落文化交流站，輔導當地宜蘭縣南澳澳花村民於驛站內海海市集創業，相關收入均投入澳花國小教育基金。驛站設有海景第一排-IRIS彩虹鞦韆，讓旅人在鞦韆擺盪間欣賞海天一色。每年4-9月驛站前海岸線亦有當地青年開設的SUP與獨木舟水上遊程，帶領旅人踏上漢本秘境海灘。
In 2021, the Heping Power Plant, owned by Taiwan Cement, is teaming up with the Coast Guard Administration to revitalize the 1st floor of the Bailai Inspection Office next to Hanben Beach in Aohua Village. The new space will allow tourists to take a break and feel close to the ocean while focusing on the growing concern of Marine debris. While hoping to serve as an exchange station for tribal cultures, local people in the village are provided with guidelines on starting a business in the market, situated in Hanben Ocean Station, with education funds donated to Aohua Elementary School. Moreover, a row of IRIS Rainbow Swings was built, giving tourists a chance to appreciate the sea and sky at the same time. Each year from April to September, SUP and canoe tours are organized by local young people, pulling tourists deeper into the secrets of Hanben Beach.

The facade of the “Hanben Ocean Station” combines both the style and imagery of the Atayal culture and is a work called “Rock that Absorbs Stories” by young local architect – Wu Pei-Yuan – The front of the building depicts an Atayal bird, “ssiliq,” using 3 different shades of blue to represent the abundance of rain, streams and ocean water, conveying the cycle of humans and nature.
In Greek mythology, IRIS is the goddess of the rainbow and the messenger of the gods. With the ability to connect heaven and earth, IRIS conveyed worshippers’ prayers to the gods and the messages of the gods to the people. Come to Hanben Ocean Station and take a ride on our IRIS Rainbow Swings. Pray for people’s safety and happiness, and have your wishes granted by saying your wishes out loud at the highest point between the ocean and the sky.
