在台南頗富盛名的黑橋牌「堅持用好心腸做好香腸」的企業精神深植人心，早期是由府前路旁的烏橋仔起家，所以命名為黑橋牌。外觀有如精品店一般華麗，門口的大碗公仿造以往廟口香腸攤玩骰子的情景，透過參觀工廠，讓每個人更了解食品製造的真實面貌，感受黑橋牌現代化製成的嚴謹。
Renowned local enterprise Black Bridge’s spirit of "insisting on making good sausages with a good heart" is deeply rooted in the hearts of people in Taiwan. The big bowl at the entrance is a replica of nostalgic scenes of people playing dice at a sausage stall. A tour of the factory allows visitors to sense the real face of food production and the stringent standards of Black Bridge.
