新百祿燕窩觀光工廠設立在台南安平，可以在這裡看見燕窩透明、清楚的製作過程，認識新百祿對燕窩品質的堅持與用心。在廠區裡有模擬燕屋的場景，也有淺顯易懂的動畫可瞭解燕子的生態與燕窩產生過程，到這裡還可以體驗全台獨家的冰糖燕窩DIY，加深對燕窩的認識又可同時一飽口福。
Sinbailu Bird’s Nest Tourist Factory is located in Anping, Tainan. Here you can see the transparent and clear production process of bird’s nests, feel Sinbailu’s insistence on quality. In the factory, there are simulated scenes and easy-to-understand animations to understand the ecology of swiftlets and the process of nest production.
