建造於芳中村芳樂街的「白馬?普天宮」，二樓奉祠天上聖母，聖母左右兩旁奉千里眼、順風耳，天上聖母右側供奉文昌帝君、陳將軍，天上聖母右側供奉文昌帝君、神農大帝，太歲殿旁服務台奉祠浮壁觀音。
Baima Feng Pu-Tian Temple is located at Fangle Street, Fangzhong Village. The temple worships the Tianshang Shengmu (Heavenly Holy Mother) on 2F. The minor gods—Qianli Yan (Thousand Miles Eye) and Shunfeng Er (With-the-Wind Ear) are attending on both sides of the deity. On the right, people also worship Lord Emperor Wenchang, General Chen, on the left, Shen Nong Dadi (the Divine Farmer). Behind the information desk by the Taisui Hall, there is the bas-relief of Guanyin Bodhisattva, who is worshipped by the pilgrims too. On 3F, there are Yuhaung (Jade Emperor) Hall and Guanyin Hall. The Yuhuang Shangdi (the Jade Emperor) is worshipped in Yuhuang Hall. In the front hall, people worship Sanguan Dadi (the Emperors of the Three Offices), Sida Tian Huang (Caturmaharajakayikas or the Four Heavenly Kings) are worshipped. On the left, people worship Dimu Zhicun (the Supreme Land Mother) and Beidou Xinjun (the Lord of the Great Northern Dipper). On the right, there are Taishang Daozu (the Supreme Lord) and Zhu Sheng Niang Niang (the Goddess of Childbirth).
