位於基隆嶼南面，礁上釣位狹窄，僅兩人站立作釣較為舒適，遠眺礁石釣位貌似供奉神明神桌，故被釣友暱稱為觀音座，礁石岩根周圍水深約3至5米，退潮時釣位前方是緩流區幾乎無流，漲潮時偶有紅魽魚群靠近追食小魚，夏秋季以雀鯛魚類為大宗，冬季尾春季初則有瓜子?、鸚哥魚群現蹤。
Located on the south side of Keelung Islet, the fishing position on the reef is narrow.It's more comfortable for only two people to stand for fishing.It looks like a divine table from a distance, so it is nicknamed Guanyinzuo by fishermen.
