位處基隆嶼正北面，屬獨立於海面獨立礁石，礁邊水深十二至二十八米，流水暢旺，魚群種類相當豐富，幾乎囊跨基隆嶼所有魚種，瓜子?（黑毛）、三線磯鱸（黃雞）、三棘天狗鯛、俗名（黑豬哥）、烏尾?科（紅尾冬）、天竺舵魚，俗名（白毛、開旗）、?科（紅魽魚）、鮨科（點帶石斑、橫帶石斑），此釣點，一年四季都是外礁磯釣客，兵家必爭之地。
