位處基隆嶼正西面，礁石左側面基隆嶼山洞土地公廟，故被暱稱為土地公礁，礁邊周圍水深三至五米，水面下暗礁林立，魚種多為雀鯛魚類，冬春季則有瓜子?（黑毛）、靠近覓食。
