位於基隆嶼南面，從海面上遠眺礁石形狀一字型，類似船舶停舶碼頭，故被釣客稱為碼頭礁，礁上釣位寬敞，能容許6至8人同時作釣，礁石周圍水深，介於8至15米，四季魚種以三棘天狗鯛、俗名（黑豬哥）、鸚哥魚類、雀鯛魚類為大宗，冬季末春季初時，偶有成群瓜子?、三線磯鱸，俗名（黃雞魚）現蹤。
Located on the south of Keelung Islet, the reef is shaped like a straight line from the sea.Similar to the dock for ships, it is called pier reef by fishermen.The fishing position on the reef is spacious, which can allow 6 to 8 people to fish at the same time. The water depth around the reef is between 8 and 15 meters.
