位於基隆嶼東南面，礁石左側與碼頭礁凸岬對應，形成天然內凹，空中鳥瞰狀似鸚鵡鳥嘴，因此被稱為鳥嘴礁，秋冬至春季有成群瓜子?、三線磯鱸，靠近礁岩外緣覓食，岩根邊緣白沫區則有天竺舵魚，俗名（白毛、開旗）在周圍覓食，冬季至春季，登礁處外緣偶有單角革單棘魨，俗名（剝皮魚）三五成群洄游，南面礁石最令釣客驚艷的是，從鳥嘴礁至燈塔礁離岸十五米海域內，有一大一小海龜常年駐守，釣客常戲稱海龜為基隆嶼島主。
