位於基隆嶼正東面，釣位腹地寬敞，後方山壁植披豐富，每年四至六月，鐵炮百合花盛開，九至十月金花石蒜盛開，十八座島礁，就屬東坑礁為最佳賞花處，礁邊海域魚種多為瓜子?（黑毛）、三線磯鱸（黃雞），冬季東北季風肆虐時，是極佳閃風浪釣點。
Located on the east side of Keelung Islet, the fishing site is spacious and the rear mountain wall is rich in plantings. Every year from April to June, the lily blooms.The eighteen reefs belong to the Dongkeng Reef as the best place to enjoy flowers.
