位處基隆嶼正北面，礁石右側是雞心礁，左側是基隆嶼北面峭壁，屬於獨立海面上礁石，登礁處地勢較低，易受東北、正北浪襲擊，湧浪高達一米五以上，上下礁即有危險，釣客需攜帶簡易裝備方能迅速上下，釣位在登礁處上方高處，往東面向東北坑，往北面向雞心內，往西面向中礁，往南面向峭壁礁，四周圍均是釣點，魚種資源相當豐富，多為瓜子?（黑毛）、三線磯鱸（黃雞）、三棘天狗鯛、俗名（黑豬哥）、烏尾?科、俗名（紅尾冬）。
Located just north of Keelung Islet, the right side of the reef is Jixin Reef, and the left side is the cliff of Keelung Islet. It is a reef on the independent sea, surrounded by fishing spots, and abundant fish species resources.
