位處基隆嶼西北面，因外觀類似基隆嶼本嶼，被觀光遊客暱稱為小基隆嶼，礁石高度約二十米，地質屬於安山石英岩，礁上植披不不多，僅有少數耐風，海芙蓉本草植物，礁石位於退潮本流區目，流水動能極強，水深介於二十七至三十五米以上，魚種多為三線磯鱸（黃雞），烏尾?科、俗名（紅尾冬）。潮水轉換停流時，偶有瓜子?（黑毛）、三棘天狗鯛、俗名（黑豬哥）靠近覓食。
Located in the northwest of Keelung Islet, it is nicknamed Small Keelung Islet by tourists because of its appearance similar to the main island of Keelung Islet. The height of the reef is about 20 meters. The geology belongs to andesite quartzite.
